The pen format

This is where SerenQ does things differently. Why this pairing, and why no-DAC

The two compounds in this pen work on different receptors and that is the entire point. Ipamorelin agonises the ghrelin receptor, it triggers a release. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue, it raises how much is available to release. Running either alone leaves half the mechanism unused.

The no-DAC part matters. The DAC modification binds CJC-1295 to albumin and stretches its half-life from hours into about a week, producing sustained elevation. No-DAC keeps the pulsatile pattern, which is closer to how the body actually releases growth hormone, and sustained signalling can desensitise receptors over time.

Against actual growth hormone: this pairing asks your pituitary for more of your own rather than supplying it from outside. That is a smaller effect than the HGH pens produce, without raising blood glucose the way exogenous GH does.
